Stellar School
Project date | December 2022
"Stellar School" initially began as a client project but has since evolved into a passion project. While the logo didn't make it to the final visual identity of an educational program in Toronto, I found inspiration to continue developing the concept under a revised name.
In my career aspirations, one of my desired roles is to serve as the founder of an organization dedicated to supporting the creative career aspirations of children and youth. And so, I transformed "Stellar School" into a brand identity for a program that I envision overseeing.
Softwares: Adobe Illustrator, Figma
Before pursing my career in design and strategy, I wanted to become an astronaut. The act of exploring the space around us and being able to look down on the planet I live on was extraordinary and captivating. Although this was not the career path God has called me to pursue, I remain inspired by my youthful ambitions.
This is where the concept of "Stellar" becomes integral to the story behind creating this brand. It serves as a reminder of my origins and seeks to inspire children and youth to pursue their own dream in the creative industry To me, being described as "Stellar" is among the highest compliments I can receive for my work, and thus, this organization is committed to achieving excellence.
Despite recognizing my talents in arts and creativity, I lacked the external support and guidance beyond my home environment to navigate how to translate these gifts into a career. Consequently, I aim to establish a space that I wish had been available to me—a space where others can find the support and direction I once sought.
